NTC grants a non-commercial license for personal use of tour images/videos but does not transfer ownership or copyrights of any media material downloaded from our platform.

Any and all commercial use, widespread redistribution and publishing, or altering material for mass distribution is prohibited without an extended or special license. Using NTC images and/or videos in any manner that reflects negatively on the company, the photographer or the people in the picture, or could be considered defamatory, obscene, indecent, or illegal in any way, is strictly prohibited. NTC indefinitely reserves the right to rescind the non-commercial license and request the termination of any wrongful use of NTC media material.

Anyone participating in our tours, activities or services and/or downloading media material from our platforms agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
